Musyon Unga

This painting was completed by those who came to see the group exhibition, Musyon mga Unga! Sa Inyong Pangabuhi back in March 2019. During an impromptu painting workshop, children and adults alike responded to the show with a collaboration on an unstretched canvas and some paint.
What resulted is a mélange of colourful flora in varying but complimenting styles.
After the show, the canvas sat in the studio at Emo's House for some time. As a keepsake from their group show, the painting was treated and trimmed and presented back to I Learn Child Center in Poblacion, Batan. The artwork was received by school director Abigail Salazar and students and teachers present.
The canvas now hangs at the school fronting their newly built library.
